Fall in the Shiretown

Sunday afternoon was unseasonably warm, which made for a perfect walk from Upper Woodstock to the downtown core. The opportunity to take a snapshot of the fall scenery was one that presented itself many times during my walk.

Bennett House Bed and Breakfast all decorated for Halloween.

Grover Street comes to a colorful intersection with Main Street.
This pretty tree can be seen before passing the former Carleton Memorial Hospital site.
Motorists travelling up Main Street are greeted by this red tree before passing the Stiles Motel.
The former residence of Dr. George Frederick Clarke with some early fall colors in the background.
Looking across the river near Riverside Court Retirement Home.
