Dooryard Artists Colin Brewer and Dana O'Regan

The Shiretown Blogger is going to feature two artists who were in Woodstock during last week's 3rd Annual Dooryard Arts Festival. Musician Colin Brewer, originally of Woodstock but now living in China, performed during the Lunchtime Music session on Wednesday, August 10th. Colin shared his email address (colinkellybrewer@gmail.com) with those in attendance at his lunchtime music performance and promised a free song to anyone who emailed him. Colin can be found on My Space (Colin Kelly Brewer)

About Colin Kelly Brewer

Woodstock, Canada
When asked to describe his style, Colin has a difficult time responding. This singer/songwriter draws on many influences for both originals and covers, never really playing a song the same way twice.
Colin performs as a solo artist sometimes backed by a band. His style can blend folk and blues into a ghostly mixture of melancholia featuring strikingly personal lyrics. Then, just when all seems lost, hold on for a straight-ahead blues rocker.

Thank you to Colin Brewer for sending us a brief bio.

The Shiretown Blogger contacted Colin via email and he shared a free song with us, titled Dandelion Fields. We tried posting the video on the blog, but there was an error in processing the video.
