RCMP Musical Ride coming to Woodstock

The famous RCMP Musical Ride will be coming to Woodstock on Tuesday, August 23rd. Western NB Crime Stoppers and Western Valley Special Olympics will be hosting the event, beginning at 7:00 pm at the Connell Park grandstand. Some pre-show entertainment will also be provided starting at 6:00 pm. The Musical Ride will be performed at 8:00 pm. Tickets are $10.00 for adults, $8.00 for students and seniors age 60 or over, and $30.00 for a family of four. Children age 6 and younger admitted for free. Canteen services will be provided courtesy of Western Valley Special Olympics--hot dogs, chips, pop and water will be sold. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police are a world-respected police force, and it is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the musical ride and experience a part of Canadian heritage and national identity.

Other displays will be there too, including a display featuring Woodstock military fanatic Aaron Bouma and some of the wooden model guns he builds from scratch as a hobby.
