Local businessman acquires several KFC locations

A Woodstock-based firm has acquired several Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise locations in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Franchise Management Incorporated, owned by Dwight Fraser and Greg Walton, recently bought 38 KFC locations from the struggling company Prizm Income Fund.

Franchise Management Incorporated also owns 103 Pizza Hut locations and three Subway locations. This most recent acquisition is valued at approximately $2.5 million.
